Drilling Water Wells of All Sizes

Hanson Well Drilling & Pump Co Inc can drill water wells of all sizes, from the typical 6- inch residential well to higher diameter wells for commercial or municipal properties. Water wells are essential for residential and commercial properties, as they provide a sufficient, constant supply of water for homes and businesses. They provide water you can drink, cook with, clean with, wash with, and use for many other applications. By drilling your own water well, you can enjoy naturally filtered water that’s going to taste better and save you money on your utility bills.  

The process begins with a hole drilled through the soil, down into the bedrock formation where the water is more plentiful and of better quality. Using a 6-inch steel casing, we will case-off the upper levels of the soil, holding the well in place to prevent collapse and preventing bacteria from entering the well through the porous soil.

Most areas mandate 50 feet of steel casing to meet Health Department requirements. The well is complete once the desired amount and quality of water have been met by drilling into the bedrock.

We are capable of drilling wells of all diameters and geothermal bore holes, and we can also service numerous types of water systems, including submersible pumps, jet pumps, pressure tanks, and water conditioning units.
